There is new information from MassHealth to share. In the aftermath of recent hurricanes (Harvey, Irma and Maria), some evacuees are seeking out family and friends in the Commonwealth and are now residing in Massachusetts. Mass Health has developed processes to streamline the application process for hurricane evacuees. MassHealth has also established a dedicated customer service number 1-844-748-3928 (TTY: 1-800-497-4648) to ensure that hurricane evacuees, enrollment assisters, and community organizations have expedited access to information and application assistance.
